Certified Fitness Trainer 
and Personal Coach

Helen began her own personal fitness journey in 2012, although it has not been an easy road she has discovered the physical and mental benefits to making fitness part of everyday life. 

Qualifying in 2022 as a level 3 personal trainer Helen is passionate about helping other people discover the benefits of a healthier lifestyle. 

Helen is currently undertaking her pre and postnatal fitness training to be able to help fellow mums incorporate a little bit more movement into their already busy lives. 

My Vision

To empower people to make fitness part of their everyday lives.

To help people of any age of background find their own enjoyment in movement.

To provide a safe space for mums to train without having to worry about babysitters.
